About the NOW Map
What is the NOW Map?
The NOW Map is a database of actors in the broad field of social cohesion with a regional focus on Europe and the MENAT region (Middle East, North Africa, Turkey). It visualises existing projects (incl. programmes, initiatives), organisations, networks, and individual people, thus demonstrating who is active in the field of social cohesion, and what is being done. The main sub-topics are Social Cohesion, Migration, Children's Rights, Education, Exploitation, Gender Equality and Trauma and Resilience. The aim of the NOW Map is to become a tool for research, knowledge transfer, and networking. It wants to encourage committed individuals, experts, and initiatives to connect, to think transnationally, to exchange ideas, and to jointly develop new solutions.
Become part of the NOW Map:
If you yourself are active in any of the aforementioned areas, please feel invited to add yourself, your organisation, your projects, your networks or useful publications to the database. This way people or organisations who are active in a related field, or simply interested in what you do, are able to find out more about you and to get in touch.
As the different types of entries, showing different kind of data, there are five different online forms which you can use to add an entry to the NOW Map. Please make sure to fill out the right one:
